This juice probably has to be one of the easiest to make with its tiny list of ingredients. I was really thirsty when planning this blog post, so I made a jug of this & India had demolished almost half of it before I even finished shooting the pics! It's really simple, sweet and because of the high levels of beta carotene found in the carrots, (that our bodies convert into vitamin A), it's really good for you. So, go on, grab yourself a glass, some ice, a poncy straw & get stuck in!
*The quantities are for a small jug full, but if you only want a glass full, then 2 carrots would be enough.
