The Green Zinger

In a perfect world where I have the time, less packed lunches to make and a permanently fully stocked fridge, then this would be how I'd start every single day, with some sort of raw green juice. I love them and i'd rather be throwing this at my body, than pretty much anything else (except mixed pickle - can't stop/won't stop!). The spinach in this juice will give you the iron you need and because we've added lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin C, our bodies will absorb it much better. The apples add a welcomed and fairly subtle sweetness and we all know that the wheatgrass, with its carnival of nutrients, is going to turn you into a Super Hero. Fact.

Note: Leave off the wheatgrass if you're pregnant though, as it is high in Vitamin A.
